By accessing the Canisthetic website at canisthetic.com or submitting a consultation request, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, consultation clients, and anyone who interacts with Canisthetic through our website, email, phone, or in person.

Canisthetic is a private medical consultation practice based in Markham, Ontario, Canada. We provide two categories of service:

• Hair transplant procedures performed in Toronto, Ontario by a licensed specialist at our clinic.
• Consultation and coordination services for clients considering plastic surgery or bariatric surgery at vetted clinics in Türkiye. In these cases, Canisthetic acts as a consultant and coordinator — the surgical procedures themselves are performed by independent, licensed surgeons at accredited facilities abroad.

Canisthetic is not a hospital, not a licensed insurer, and not a healthcare provider for the purposes of provincial health coverage. Our consultation services are not a substitute for advice from your own family physician or specialist.

A consultation with Canisthetic includes a discussion of your goals, a review of relevant medical considerations, information about available procedures, and — where applicable — a recommendation or referral to qualified surgical providers.

A consultation does not include:

• A formal diagnosis of any medical condition
• A guarantee of eligibility for any procedure
• A guarantee of specific outcomes or results
• Coverage of any surgical, travel, accommodation, or aftercare costs

Specific inclusions and exclusions for each service are communicated in writing prior to any commitment being made.

The information provided through Canisthetic consultations and on this website is for general informational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed physician.

Results from hair transplant, plastic surgery, and bariatric surgery procedures vary significantly between individuals. Factors including age, health status, genetics, and adherence to aftercare instructions all influence outcomes. No guarantee of specific results is made or implied.

Clients are encouraged to consult their own physician before pursuing any elective medical procedure.

Specific pricing and payment terms for each service are provided in a written engagement agreement prior to any procedure or commitment. Canisthetic reserves the right to update service fees at any time.

• Surgical outcomes or complications arising from procedures performed by third-party providers
• Travel, accommodation, or logistics costs incurred in connection with Türkiye referrals
• Loss of data, income, or business arising from use of this website

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Canisthetic directly for the relevant service.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
